1. Returns
Q: Can I return my order?
A: Yes. If you are not satisfied, you may return items within 30 days of receipt, provided all of the following conditions are met:
- Complete & intact: All original parts, components and packaging are included and in the same condition as delivered.
- Normal handling only: No damage caused by misuse or careless handling.
- Hygiene items: Thoroughly cleaned before return.
- Defective goods: Items found defective on arrival.

- Return shipping: You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Processing time: Returns will be processed within 7 working days and formally acknowledged within that period.
We reserve the right to refuse any return if we suspect the item has been used, damaged, or otherwise fails to meet these conditions.
How to initiate a return:
Email support@valmont-london.uk with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the item (if damaged
- Your full name and delivery address
- We will reply with the correct return address—do not send returns to the sender’s address.
- Ship the item at your expense.
2. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Conditions)
As a private consumer, you have a legal 14-day “cooling-off” period from the day you—or a third party you’ve named—receive(s) the last of your goods.
- Automated dispatch: Because our system dispatches orders immediately, we cannot cancel shipment once placed. No pre-delivery refunds are possible.
- To cancel: Send a clear statement (e.g. email) to support@valmont-london.uk expressing your decision to withdraw. Your cancellation is effective once we receive the returned goods.

3. Shipments in Transit
Our products ship from Asia and may take longer than usual to arrive. If your order is already in transit, cancellation before delivery is not possible. Instead:
- Wait for delivery.
- Follow the returns procedure above.
- Send us your tracking information to help us process your return as quickly as possible.
4. Consequences of Withdrawal
Upon valid cancellation and receipt of returned items, we will refund:
- All payments received from you, except: Original delivery charges (unless you chose a more expensive shipping option than our standard service).
Refund Method:
- Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
- If you choose to receive your refund in the form of an Valmont London gift card or discount code, this will be considered the final and complete resolution of your return. No further refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted for that order.
Timing:
- Refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation notice and the returned goods.
Important:
- Gift cards and discount codes issued as a refund cannot be refunded, replaced, or exchanged for cash.
- Items purchased using such gift cards or discount codes are not eligible for additional refunds, returns, or exchanges.
5. Refunds via Gift Card or Discount Code
If you choose to receive your refund in the form of an Valmont London gift card or discount code, this will be treated as the final and complete resolution of your return.
- Once issued, the gift card or discount code cannot be refunded, replaced, or exchanged for cash.
- Items purchased using a gift card or discount code issued as a refund are not eligible for further refunds, returns, or exchanges.
- The gift card or discount code may only be used for purchases on our official website.
- Any remaining balance will stay valid until the stated expiry date.
- This policy applies to the fullest extent permitted by law and does not affect your statutory rights.
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
6. Duplicate Orders
In rare cases, a duplicate order may occur during checkout.
If this happens, Valmont London will review the order and take the appropriate steps to resolve the situation.
Duplicate orders are not eligible for automatic cancellation, and all standard return and refund conditions outlined in this policy apply.
Customers are responsible for any associated shipping or customs fees when returning goods to our warehouse.
